Office Leasing, Sales, Investments and Land
Since joining Carey/Falor Realty Partners in July of 1997, Mr.
Hobson has been an active member of the leasing team representing several
suburban and central business office projects. In addition, he is active in
tenant representation, investments and land sales.
Projects completed include multiple national and regional disposition
assignments for NCR Corporation, OhioHealth Corporation, Banc One and
Fifth Third Bank. Space acquisition assignments for Aetna Health Plans, Oracle,
Bay Networks, Cass Information Systems Corecomm, Liberty Insurance and
Productivity Point International.
Prior to joining Carey/Falor Realty, Mr. Hobson was a Vice President of
CB Commercial, a sole proprietor of a local tenant representation firm
and most recently a Vice President of the Galbreath Company.
In all, he has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Hobson’s
real estate achievements include being honored as one of the top producing
agents out of nine years eligible at CB Commercial. He was top producer of the
Columbus office in 1991. He estimates participation in sales and leases totaling
an aggregate value of over $100 million.
Mr. Hobson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in 1979.
He is a candidate member for his CCIM designation. He is an active member of the
local chapter of Columbus Commercial Industrial & Investment Realtors (CCIIR)
and past Board member. Mr. Hobson is also active with the Commercial Industrial
Section of the Columbus Board of Realtors currently serving on the Steering
Company.
He resides in Columbus with his wife Diane and children, Gerrit, Jacqueline,
Margaret, and Benjamin.
